Take Highway 80 East to the San Pablo Ave. exit in Richmond/El Cerrito
Go right (South) on San Pablo
Go through one stoplight and turn left on Nevin.
Go down Nevin until it dead ends.
Turn Left on Carlston.
After half a block take a quick right on Rosalind.
We're the second house on the right: 5320!
